  • Anthropic Claude API (AI itinerary generation — no personal data is sent)

We retain your account and itinerary data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@alohago.ai.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted storage, and AWS Cognito for authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
