You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

Itineraries are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify attraction hours, prices, trail conditions, and other details before your trip. AlohaGo LLC is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• Submit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

6. Limitation of Liability

AlohaGo LLC provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlohaGo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
